Like ; What time we should drink water? How much water we need to talk? Can
we drink water with food?
So today iam going to clear all the doubts.

  • Water should be taken when you are in sitting position not standing position.
  • Maximun water should we taken in day time not in night time ,because if you take it at night time it will give you water retention .You need to drink water gradually don’t just gulp it otherwise you have to go to washroom very often
  • One should take 40ml of water per kg of their body weight.
  • Water shouldn’t be consume with the meals .Take it 15-20mins prior to your meal or 15-20mins after to your meal.
