Sauce (mix together)
1 level tbsp cornflour dissolved ½ cup water
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
Method
- Shred all vegetables into thin strips.
- At serving time ,heat oil. Add carrot Capsicum and green chillies . stir fry For 2 min ,add pepper and ajinomoto.
- Mix all ingredients together given for The sauce in a cup add to the vegetables.
- Stir fry low flame for 2-3 min till almost Dry, but not completely dry. Do not keep On fire for too long as the cabbage turns Limps.check salt and add to taste.serve hot.
