Methods
- Sauty onion garlic , ginger ,paste
- Now put all the vegetables and tomato
- Add salt , red chilly , jeera and sauty for some time till the tomato become salt
- Add quinova and 3 times water of quinova
- Cook for 15min minutes on slow fire
- Serve with chutney/ curd.
