Method
- pan roast all the ingredients separately
- combine all the roasted ingredients in a blender and make it into a fine powder..
- store the powder in an airtight container..
- You can add different flavours according to your preference like chocolate, vanilla, saffron, strawberry etc. .
- You can use it in shakes, smoothies. It can also be added into everyday food.
