Method
- Heat a pan, then gently roast sesame seeds till they change colour .
- Roast sea salt for one – two minutes and add with seeds, mixing evenly .
- Put in a mortar and pestle and grind till 60% grind.
- Serve with salad , dips , and vegetables .
