OAT KANJI

Ingredient | Amount |
White Oats | 15gm |
Buttermilk | 1 Glass (250ml) |
Salt | To Taste |
Curry Patta | 5-6 Leaves |
Mustard Seeds | ½ Tsp |
Green Chilli Chopped | 1 |
Oil | 1/2 tsp |
Method
1. Mix oat in half glass water and then boil it till it thickens.
2. Cooldown this mixture and add to buttermilk.
3. Now in a pan, put a little oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and put this baghar in the buttermilk, and your oat kanji is ready.
